Report and Support: Winter Closure notice

The University will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and will re-open on Friday 02nd January 2026 at 9am. 

Reports will be triaged as usual if received before 12pm on Thursday 18th December 2025. Reports received after the cut-off dates will be triaged in the New Year when the Service re-opens. Please be assured that all named reports will be addressed as soon as possible.

If you would like support to make your report, or you would simply like to talk to someone about your experience before submitting a report, there are several people you can go to.

Or, if someone has reported you, you're concerned and would like to confidentially discuss it with someone, these options may also be suitable.

Staff support:

If you are both a student and a staff member, for example, if you are a postgraduate research student who also undertakes Graduate teaching, you may also be able to access support available to staff. For mental health and wellbeing support, have a look at the KCL Staff Wellbeing pages.
